Veterans Day – November 11 Veterans Day is a holiday honoring men and women who have served in the U.S. Armed forces. It’s a day set aside to thank, honor, and appreciate ALL who have served, living or deceased, but especially living veterans among us. Parades are organized in many places and sometimes a period of silence lasting two minutes is held at 11am. Please enjoy a short video highlighting the history and importance of Veterans Day.
