The City of El Centro was Honored Recently at the APWA Awards

City Engineer Jack Flemming was an award recipient for his work on the El Centro Sidewinder Skate Park. Fleming received the award for Outstanding Public Service. The City of El Centro along with Flemming were chosen out of many competitors throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties.
