Before the latest lockdown by the Governor, the City of El Centro held a virtual ribbon cutting ceremony for the our newest park “First Responders Park” which is located adjacent to Fire Station No. 3.

The City of El Centro held a groundbreaking ceremony where construction will begin for a new library located at 1140 N Imperial Avenue. The new library will replace the City’s former library that was located on State Street and demolished due to an earthquake in 2010.
