City of El Centro Seasonal Tree Lighting and Street Fair

Community Spectrum was at the City of El Centro Seasonal Tree Lighting and Street Fair as the city became aglow with holiday cheer. Children and parents turned their faces toward the source of a siren as it became louder, anticipating the arrival of Santa Claus at the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony on a crowded Main and 11th Street.
