A small flag raising ceremony was held on February 22, 2016 outside of City Hall. Daniel M. Tucker, current Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout, raised the U.S. Flag as a part of his Eagle Scout Court of Honor Project. The flag was then presented to Daniel by the El Centro NAF Color Guard.
